Kursusel õpivad osalejad valmistama klassikalisi hiina grillroogasid nagu Loode-Hiina lambaliha vardad, kanaliha vardad, terve grillitud baklažaan, enoki seene ja tofu rullid ning teisi hooajalisi hiinapäraseid grillitud köögivilju.

Under the guidance of a professional Chinese chef, the participants will learn to cook traditional Chinese dishes
Content
Introducing the history of Chinese cuisine and the regional characteristics; preparing the food and cooking the dishes using various methods (stir-frying, boiling, steaming, deep-frying).

Graduation requirements
The instructor will introduce the history and background of Chinese dishes, explains the process and technique of cooking and shares tips on how to achieve authentic flavours. Participants will learn how to make three different dishes.
