Kursusel õpivad osalejad valmistama vegan Hiina tervisetoite nagu Yinyang salat porgandist ja redisest; grillitud baklažaan magusas kastmes ning wokitud neli köögivilja (seened, rohelised oad, seller). Juhendab Hu Yongxue.
