Kursus toimub kolmel päeval järjest: 7.oktoobril kell 14-15.30, 8.oktoobril kell 12-13.30 ja 9.oktoobril kell 14-15.30. NB! Soolo algatamise tehnika kursusele pääsemiseks on eeldusena samal päeval läbitud Rakesh Sukeshi Payatt INtransit tehnika kursus, millele tuleb eraldi registreeruda.

Objective

Introduce solo initiation techniques. Increase the dance technical and methodological knowledge base of the participants.

Content

The workshop takes an intense journey into one’s inner world. We tap into different levels of existence.
Often we give priority to the intellectual part of our brain which leads us into an informed society; we take information from books, films, and performances or through a conversations with others. What we transmit often recycled information which has been gathered by our five senses. what are the levels of existence? How much are we aware of it, Modern science and mystical science clearly states that we are all made of a universal intelligence. If there is such intelligence inside of us then what are our intentions? What does our work of art serves for? Is it possible to go deep into ourselves and try to understand this intelligence and develop ways to be creative with it? Through series of physical research, games and analyses, this workshop offers methods for the participants to have an experiential process.

Learning outcomes

The participant will be able to use his or her physical resources safely, organically, effortlessly, flexibly and vigorously.
The participant can be quick in his reflexes while remaining calm inside.
The participant is able to adapt to unexpected situations by making innovative but effective choices while combining his or her physical energy with the surrounding.
The participant is able to apply the knowledge and skills gained through his / her own practice (dancing, teaching or choreography)
