Kursusel osalejad õpivad hiina koka juhendamisel hakkimise baastehnikaid, mille tulemusena valmistatakse ka kolm rooga: magus Pekingi sealiha (jingjiang rousi), krüsanteemikujuline kala (juhuayu) ja selleri salat (banqincai).
