Target group
youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth policy makers, youth field managers, youth researchers, youth service providers and anyone with an interest in youth work and youth policy
Objective
develop knowledge of fundamentals of youth work and youth policy, ensuring the skills to manage, organize, investigate youth field; provide an overview of different networks in the youth field in Estonia, Europe, etc., and form an understanding of the role of networks and networking at different levels of youth work including limitations; to obtain an overview of basic areas of multicultural youth work to provide students with basic knowledge and skills needed for the youth work in multicultural environment.

Youth Field Networks and Development. Theory and Practice of Comparative Youth Policies. Intercultural Dialogue and Youth Work in a Multicultural Environment. Practice in Youth Work Internship
Learning outcomes
knows the fundamentals of youth work and youth policy and is aware of its diversity based on the example of different countries; knows public management and social network theories in context of youth field and understands the essence and importance of networking in organising youth work at different levels; have obtained knowledge and skills needed for the youth work in the multicultural environment.

Modern premises supporting the study process are provided: there is the necessary equipment, the possibility to design the room according to the need, sufficient opportunities for group work, etc
Teacher's competencies
At least Master Degree, adult training experience, at least 5 years of experience in education
Graduation requirements
The teaching of the program takes place within the framework of the level subjects together with the students of the respective subject. Independent work is organized on a modular basis.
