Teravihma päeval ehk Grain Rain perioodil degusteeritakset töötoas viie erineva klassifikatsiooniga teegruppi, mis sisaldavad selle aasta värskeid teesid.

Target group

Inimesed, kes on huvitatud Hiina teekultuurist, tee ajaloost ja teejoomise etiketist ning erinevatest tee valmistamise tehnikatest.

Objective

to learn about Chinese tea culture, history, tea etiquette and how to prepare tea in the correct way.

Content

Brief history of Chines tea and overview of the process of growing and manufacturing tea. Tea drinking culture and etiquette. How to prepare one type (green, white, yellow, oolong, red, Pu'er tea) of tea.

Learning outcomes

Person completing the course generally understands the process of tea production; tea drinking etiquette, tea ceremony rules and prepares Chinese tea in a correct way.

Graduation requirements

In the beginning of the course, the instructor will give a theoretical presentation first. Then the participants will learn how to prepare one type of Chinese tea following the Chinese tea ceremony rules and tea drinking etiquette.
